Italian Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cub red onion
1 t Worcestershire sauce
3/4 t garlic salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Combine ingredients and shape into balls. place balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 10-15 minutes on each side. Put in spaghetti or marinara sauce in crockpot to simmer.
