Potatoe Casserole (Side Dish)

This is my moms recipe and it is SO good!

7 medium potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/4 cup onion flakes

Boil, cool and grate potatoes. Heat rest of ingredients in saucepan. Pour over potatoes. Mix. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

I made this as a side dish to our dinner tonight. What it is is funeral potatoes. It's a really good recipe though. I wouldn't eat this as a main dish as it is so heavy and creamy, but so good off to the side.
