White Chicken Chili

1 32 oz box chicken stock
3 cans white beans--don't drain
5 cups cooked chicken
1 16 oz salsa jar mild or medium
1 8 oz block pepper jack cheese grated
2 t. ground cumin
2 cloves of garlic minced
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped tortilla chips
Sour cream for garnish

Place all ingredients in crock-pot, mix well.  Cook until cheese melts.  Place chips in 10 min before serving!!!

This is sooooooo AWESOME!!!
