These cookies are seriously the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have ever had!
You have to try them!
2 ¼ c flour
1 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c butter (soft)
2 tsp. vanilla
¾ c brown sugar
1 pkg. chocolate chips
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ c sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Once I saw these, I just knew I had to make them. We made these to celebrate Jim and Pams wedding on the office, and they were absolutely delicious. The directions didn't say where to put the baking powder, but I assumed it was just sifted in with the flour and baking soda. Jenna, every recipe you have posted has been 5 star recipes! Good job!
Sorry about the baking powder...I added that in from a suggestion on the website it came from. I'm glad you liked them!
