Easter Brunch Casserole


  • I found some really awesome recipes for Easter brunch this year. This one was so so good. Thought I would share. Serve this up with bacon, sausage and my cinnamon marshmallow puffs. So yummy!


Directions

    Grease 9 x 13 glass pan.

    Mix bread with melted butter.

    Add cheese, ham or sausage, and mushrooms.

    Place in baking dish.

    Mix and beat eggs.

    Add milk and seasonings.
  7. 7
    Pour over mixture in pan.
  8. 8
    Cover with foil.
  9. 9
    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 1 hour @ 325°.

    Remove from oven.

    Let stand for 10 minutes.

    Do not overbake.
